Preserving Summer: A Community Canning Event


Preserving the bumper crop of Imnaha tomatoes & the bounty of summer 2018,
students will spend the day outdoors, learning safe water bath canning techniques.
After a full day of chopping, peeling & processing, students will leave with jars for the kitchen pantry.

$30 + $20 materials fee
