A Community Canning Event
Preserving the bumper crop of Imnaha tomatoes & the unknown bounty of summer 2017, students will spend the day outdoors, learning safe water bath canning techniques. After a full day of chopping, peeling & processing, students will leave with jars for the kitchen pantry.
